PUNTA SAN JUAN, A CONSERVATION STORY

is a portfolio of striking images compiled by the photographer Bernardo Sambra over a period of seven years that takes us in a journey through time and highlight the importance and challenges of a unique conservation model in what is perhaps one of the most biologically productive places in the world’s oceans: the Punta San Juan Reserve on the Peruvian coast.

To bring this unique story and its message of hope to thousands of people, a large-format book and an itinerant exhibition have been developed that will travel inside and outside Peru. An ambitious project that has been made possible thanks to the invaluable support of private companies, government entities, funds and international organizations, conservation experts and prominent scientists.
